Eloqubit is a software engineering studio operated by Ashutosh Tiwari as an MSME/Udyam-registered sole proprietorship in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. These terms apply to this public marketing and enquiry website. The trade name Eloqubit does not identify a separate incorporated legal entity.

Using this website

Please use the website lawfully, do not attempt to disrupt, bypass, or probe its protections, and do not submit another person's personal information without authority. Site copy, articles, and code examples are general information and may not fit a particular project.

Enquiries are not project contracts

A form submission, email, or live-chat message starts a conversation. It is not an offer, acceptance, guarantee of availability, binding quotation, client relationship, or engineering-services contract. An initial enquiry does not create a non-disclosure agreement or make every detail confidential by contract.

If Eloqubit and a client proceed, the scope, fees, delivery terms, confidentiality, intellectual-property ownership, warranties, and liability are governed by the proposal, statement of work, or other contract agreed for that engagement. Those agreed terms take priority over these website terms for the client work they cover.

Website content and intellectual property

Unless a page says otherwise, Eloqubit or its licensors own the website design, brand material, and original site content. You may view and share links to public pages, but these website terms do not transfer ownership of the site content. Ownership of software or other work made for a client is determined by that client's separate agreement, not by this clause.

Eloqubit aims to keep the website accurate and available but does not guarantee uninterrupted access or that general information will always be current. External links, analytics, and anti-abuse tools are operated in part by their respective providers and may change or be unavailable.
